This thread is now Incubus vs. My Morning Jacket
Worn out skaters with questionable tattoos who swear they've cracked the code on growing tomatoes vs. harmless government workers who totally aren't pussies because that SUV was their idea. It's comfortable!

For the record, I fall into the latter category.

We can’t all stay cool into our 40s. Someone has to make the world rotate.

Arcade Fire - Reflektor wasn't bad but definitely was the beginning of a downhill slump.

Fungus Amongus has some pretty gnarly dudebro funk bass, but the songs do lack a certain sophistication. I'm a sucker for S.C.I.E.N.C.E, Make Yourself and Morning View though.
(Which I'm well aware I deserve to be roasted for)

I am not going through 7 pages to see, but maybe the best example is Santana. 3 incredible albums and great live shows and then splat!

Early Creed has its merits. Still a bit early in the digestion process.

They just refused to evolve their sound, which gets repetitive pretty quickly.

Ain't no way First Impressions of Earth was a bed-shitting. Maybe not as strong as the first two, but come on.

That's what I'm saying. I think there are really good songs on each of their albums, but I just grew too tired of their sound to care anymore.
