Well you can do basically anything in there. I've had melons and other fruits, chicken, squash, lots more.
But there's diminishing returns with a lot of this stuff. I find the best application is for things that either A) require a low, slow cook to make tender, or B) lose a lot of flavor when cooked in water (like the asparagus)

guys, sous vide is about as hands off as you get. it’s a pot of water and a freaking plastic bag for God’s sake. I bought one two months ago and it’s a game changer. you literally cannot overcook anything. the one I have is all controlled through my phone. outside of searing meat, the cleanup consists of dumping the water and throwing away the plastic bag. I’ve cooked pork butt, steak, turkey breasts, fish and chicken for tacos, pork loin, and a prime rib.

just wait until you both have 15 balls in the air and a screaming kid in the background. that hands off will come in handy.

You have the same stove we have.

Let me know when you use your griddle and how many times you season it.

i don't plan on using the griddle to be honest..i guess you don't season yours with peanut oil like they suggest, eh?

I’ve owned mine for 4 years. I’ve never used the griddle.

You never answered my question about whether yours is dual range.
