Pistachio anything is so good, as is anything lemon.
Tiramisu is pretty dope on its own, but…

I can't imagine any variant improving on the original tiramisu, but pistachio sounds worth a try.

I housed it last night and it was delicious. Still had the flavors of the original but with a pistachio cream added - which is always nice and subtle. Everything comingled nicely. I think it also benefitted from being in our fridge for an extra day, allowing the flavors to soak in even more.
