Did you count the number of unique songs? That would be an interesting little factoid

Nice! I should compare/contrast with my spreadsheet I made in December.

Is the "Untitled: Lost Dogs" the "I'm Still Here" song?

I beg to differ, my children

Merriam-Webster
Main Entry: fac·toid
Pronunciation: \ˈfak-ˌtȯid\
Function: noun
1 : an invented fact believed to be true because it appears in print 2 : a briefly stated and usually trivial fact

Consider this statement-

"Pearl Jam has recorded ### different studio tracks in their career, according to Red Mosquito"

This statement both matches the definition above, and is undeniably interesting to anyone that has an interest in the band.

Thank you, please tip your bartender

I hate that stupid second definition. It was only added after years of misuse!

the hubris, the sheer agency, involved in this task is akin to the construction of the Tower of Babylon, except it's a lot dumber

Is the Immortality single version different than the album version?
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Is "Hold On" one of the vocals that was rerecorded for Lost Dogs? Is the Rarities Unreleased Cuts version a different vocal take or just a different mix?

I believe Ed's vocals and Jeff's bass, which seems like little more than a rough guide take on the earlier recording, were rerecorded for Lost Dogs.

The vocals are definitley different. And period different, not just a different take from the same era

I also think the "In the Moonlight" on Rarities Unreleased Cuts is a completely different take, not just a rough mix. The arrangement of the verses is totally different and Eddie sings different lyrics.
