I'm new to Twitter, and holy fuck... is it always this bad? My feed is full of people melting down over The Odyssey because Helen of Troy is Black or there's a trans actor in it. It's almost like the algorithm keeps pushing the most hateful, outrage-farming takes to the top because that's what gets engagement.
