If you think that’s ban worthy, you really haven’t seen the bullshit I put up with around here.

Yeah. The Hal construct definitely hinted that if he offed himself, there would be something in the safe. Like his father and grandfather before him. So John has to see if anything’s in it, right?

He was talking about the safe that had the wormhole in it

No real surprises. A kind of disappointing, dull, very explainy finale. Shame, I really liked this season overall.

super boring. I think the season should have been 4 episodes, they really strech it out. I had some fun but overall it was boring.

4 episodes is crazy
I think the number of episodes was fine, there was definitely a better way to finesse what they attempted to do in this finale than like 8 consecutive scenes of two characters explaining things to each other while stationary

I loved it because I love the characters and performances. That trumps any issues I had with the pace and plotting and tease of an ending. Give me Man of Tomorrow and a GL movie now.

End verdict. Shitty show buoyed by some good performances.

It's easily the best comic book related thing I've watched in years

I think of it less as a show about Green Lanterns and more a show about breaking generational curses

I think of it more as a show of very boring episodes full of scenes with explaining and explaining and other scenes with more explanation and talking and a bit more of thaaat, the palette of True Detective S1 and some deep shit trauma about families i guess?
