Love it, and I wish they'd try it live one of these days.
Yeah I've always loved it. I like it when we get those peaks into them goofing around

I think it's the epitome of what a "hidden track" should be. It's perfect. They really nailed it with that one and with Writer's Block on Binuaral. Both of those hidden codas are perfect for their respective albums.

the hidden track (track 69, actually. Get it?!) on Tool's album, undertow. One of my favorite hidden tracks of all time.

I agree but I would transition into Pilate 3:26 earlier. I enjoy Yield infinitely more without Wishlist.
Birds in Hell wrote:I'd have preferred something a bit louder to separate them (Happy When I'm Crying?) or, perhaps even more suitably, a non faded-out ending to Wishlist.
Maybe Happy would work but I don't think it's strong enough. I always want a little something extra after Push Me Pull Me but there was nothing from those sessions that would work. A burst of energy ala Leash or Lukin.

I'm always heartened to find others who think Wishlist is terrible.

Wishlist is one of the few PJ songs I actively dislike.

I sometimes, out of nowhere, get a strange affection for it and ill listen to it and enjoy it. The rest of the time I skip it. It's pretty awful with Matt Cam.

I adore the album version of Wishlist. Don't care for it much live. Sure, it's a simple track but doesn't keep me from enjoying it. It's beautiful and understated, unlike Unthought Known (a track which I do actively dislike).

As bad as Wishlist is, Unthought Known is certainly a lot worse.

Wishlist>Why Can't I Touch It at 7/11/03 was one of the highlights.

the good part about it live is the mirror ball, as simple as it is i always like the lights with the mirror ball and i cant remember any other songs they might use it for.

Eddie hacks that version, but the tag/ crowd are great.

Wishlist is an excellent song.
Unthought Known is not.

I can't hate "Wishlist" too much. It's a sweet song (where 'sweet' means tender, pleasant and heartfelt, not 'sweet' as in the modern parlance of 'awesome').
