Thanks reeder. That was fun. Good show with some real high points on paper. Night all.

It's pretty dead on. No changes and played with a lot of heart.theplatypus wrote:Has anyone heard a recent performance?PHATJ wrote:Smart man.WtOB? wrote:i'm loving all these sleight of hands. that's my fav pj song.
It's one of my favorite PJ songs too. I just hope they're doing right by it.
I haven't heard them yet, but that just gave me a boner.matt reeder wrote:It's pretty dead on. No changes and played with a lot of heart.theplatypus wrote:Has anyone heard a recent performance?PHATJ wrote:Smart man.WtOB? wrote:i'm loving all these sleight of hands. that's my fav pj song.

just get the box. it's almost under $300 with the frak code!matt reeder wrote:That seems to be the show. It looks a great one! I know there are now three official boots I will be buying - Portland, Spokane and Calgary.

No way. If I wanted to spend that kind of money I would have just gone to Spokane and Seattle.DeLima wrote:just get the box. it's almost under $300 with the frak code!matt reeder wrote:That seems to be the show. Too many expenses this fall for me to even consider doing that.
Plus, if I were spending that kind of money on Pearl Jam bootlegs it would be on 2000 shows, not 2013 shows.matt reeder wrote:No way. About 10 years ago, my local Best Buy had piles of them on clearance for several weeks. By the end of that, I had almost the whole tour, and I didn't have to pay full price. I would imagine it is a much bigger pain in the ass these days.matt reeder wrote: Jones Beach III > Saratoga > Boston I > Boston II > Camden I > Camden II > Washington DC > Pittsburgh is incredible.
I love that whole tour. There's a reason I'm slowly collecting all of the official bootlegs. I'm up to about 36 - one day I shall own them all!
If you look around you can find them on Amazon or Half.com for close to the original price. Some shows are almost impossible to find at a cheap price though. I'm still looking for a copy of Saratoga that doesn't cost $50+.Wendy Carlos's Twin wrote:About 10 years ago, my local Best Buy had piles of them on clearance for several weeks. everything about the playing on that tour is just...fierce. even when eddie's drunk, it's tight, and that almost never happens.Wendy Carlos's Twin wrote:About 10 years ago, my local Best Buy had piles of them on clearance for several weeks. Wow, word gets around! I actually bought a backup Pittsburgh in one of my Best Buy raids and I ended up needing it when I sat on my first copy.matt reeder wrote:If you look around you can find them on Amazon or Half.com for close to the original price.
