HA, great video. I like that Stone never changes his moves. And early-days Mike's hair had me laughing

As much as I hate the production on Speed of Sound, I fucking love that vocal melody on the chorus. Gorgeous. Too bad.

i understand why people don't like what they did to the song in the studio but suprised any fan of Ed compositions wouldn't like it. The demo is one of the best things he has done and i agree, those vocal melodies on the chorus are superb

These kids are 15-17, from Ireland and have rewritten Supersonic(to my ears) but made it great. They're called the strypes

This album is a bit of a hollow Easter Egg for me. Chocolate on the outside...Nothing on the inside.

Love the artwork.
If only the band had put as much dedication and passion into the music as Tom Tomorrow put into the artwork, then we'd have a real shit kicker on our hands...But Backsapcer just falls flat for me.

I haven't listened to this one front to back in at least 4 years....and that's saying something.

I've listened to it several times in the recent past.
For me it's like a bag of Cheetoes. Tasty but not very nutritious. You think you're done with it but then that taste sticks in the back of your mouth and you gotta have a couple more. Then the bag is empty and you feel sick and fat. Yet the next time you see Cheetoes you buy them again and do it all over. Maybe that's the pearl jam experience.

Pearl Jam usually has decent to great artwork, I think. They've only really missed on S/T.

Vitalogy works because of the concept. On it's own, it's not great, I agree.

I love the Ten artwork though. It's all comradery and workmanship and blue collar. I love it. Especially once the band got to do it their way (on the reissue).

Yeah the concept of Vitalogy is great, and its actually a great CD album, better than on vinyl...about the Ten artwork..i get the idea and its pretty awesome considering they were a really new band, but its my least favorite one.

S/T have some cool things even if its flawed. Im not sure Apodaca was the right guy.

Idk it was ok. Has that AIC early grunge oddness to it.

Amongst The Waves
Got Some
Johnny Guitar
Gonna See My Friend
Supersonic
Unthought Known
Force of Nature
Just Breathe
The End
Speed Of Sound (demo was so much better IMO)
The Fixer

That's my order.

Jesus Christ, that warble is excruciating.

No matter which version you pick.

I sure do like the way he sounds on the new song, compared to the last record.
