Yeah, I really loved it.
This is one I felt I should have liked more. I enjoyed it every time I heard it but it never reached the "what a beast" status.

I need to check that out still, he opened for someone we saw this past year, i think wilco, and it was a pretty good set

The melodies were never the problem, but I'd always found it too crowded. The flat production wasn't doing it any favors. But the more I listen and pick out individual instrumental things going on, the more I like it.

Yeah, I saw him open for Wilco. The playing was great but there were some god awful lyrics in there.

As fun as the little stoned thought snippets on something like Skip Tracer or Hey Joni are, I've never thought that Lyrics were Lee's forte.
