Not a lot of places offer saag paneer in backwoods Tennessee.

Indian food is pretty great for vegetarians, but I think I might break my vegetarianism for the tandoori chicken at my favorite Indian place (luckily it's in another state about fifty miles from me so I don't get out there too often). But boy, that is the best chicken I've ever eaten.
