The mortis trilogy I think it's called.

It's a great one isn't it?

Especially when they come out of it and nothing's happened in real time.

Adds so much to the story. The Yoda episodes do the same but better.
Yeah, I meant to type "of Mortis" but forgot that part.

I've not come across any Yoda episodes yet. I'm starting a run from the Mandalorian Death Watch meeting Maul/ Savage all the way thru the end of the 5th season right now. I think Ruddo watched some of these the other day. The end of this season seems to have a lot to do with Ahsoka.

Clancy Brown is such a fucking incredible voice actor. Well regular actor, too, but god, I love his voice.

Look up the list I posted a few pages back. It's a link. It will take you to the episodes you want to see.

I've put on the Maul episodes you mentioned :)

I'm going in order, but season 1 really found its legs about 8 episodes in. I've really started to enjoy it. Excellent animation

That Ryloth arc at the end of S1 made a believer out of me. I'm going out of order, though.

Hey, by the way, is Palpatine one of the good guys in this thing? Or just really really devious?

Watch the whole thing. All of it. You'll be glad you did.

And the crap episodes make you enjoy the brilliant ones all the more.

A'ite. Fine. I'll just keep going all the way through. But I'm gonna get caught up on Rebels first.

Ah, never mind. There's a key scene in "Children of the Force" that tells me everything I need to know about the pre-ROTJ Anakin/Palpatine dynamic. Palpatine's a reeeal card. Heard it here first, fellas.

This has given me a lot more appreciation for the design work of the prequels

Hard to believe that they built more real models for the prequels than for force awakens.

And apparently force awakens has more CG effects shots than the prequels combined. But I don't buy that.

They do have a brilliant follow through on the design language from the prequels into the clone wars bough.

It gets better and better but takes time to get great.

Episodes with youngling padewans going on their kyber quests
Anakin and Obi Wan being master generals
The Yoda arc

Keep going. You'll be so glad you did.

Ziro has been the only cringe-worthy thing in this series so far. He's horrible!
