mikejasond wrote:Huh? Dont they have only 10 songs? What the heck is the concert going to be? Will Eddie be there? If this was a tour where Eddie and Chris sing Pearl Jam and soundgarden songs, and then they play the TOTD stuff Id be excited, but what can they do for a whole concert at MSG?

And if Eddie isn't there they can't even do their biggest hit
A couple o the songs can be dragged out. And they are releasing songs previously unheard on the reissue, a couple covers, etc...

The gigs tho. Presumably they'll play other songs of andys? Chloe/crown of thorns? Could be special. Wonder will they sell boots.

This is the sort of thing that would be awesome to see in a small club or theater for a reasonable cost. In an arena for $200+? That's crazy talk.

Hmmmm .... I don't think I care about the DVD/Blu-Ray. Is that wrong?

I could be happy w/ the double CD and the vinyl for half the price.

Oh, nice. I saw someone say MSG and wrongly assumed that was par for the course. Tickets are still more than I would dream of paying -- not that it matters as all of these shows are impractically far away from me.

I'm happy for those of you who are excited about this, but it doesn't really interest me at all. I enjoy most of the songs on the album just fine and appreciate its place in the band's/genre's history, but it is essentially several versions of the same 10 songs and a few bonus tracks.

Yeah, I can't imagine a PJ-related project I'd be less interested in
I can, but I still don't think I'm gonna go. Too expensive

Too expensive and the music is not something I need to hear live. It would be fun to see those guys on stage but it's not a "must."
