I took the survey and had high hopes. Here's what they missed:

Q. What do you value more: attending Pearl Jam shows or new Pearl Jam music?

Q. During what time period did Pearl Jam create its best music?

Q. Rate every studio album from best to worst.

Q. Are you happy with the current time period in between album releases?

Q. What are some of your favorite and least favorite songs?

Q. Would you purchase an EP? Are you open to alternative delivery methods of new Pearl Jam music?

Finally, any legit survey at the end always has an open comments section...such as "Anything we missed?" Verbatim answers from customers are huge.

Also, there's a Twitter chat with Kelly Curtis tomorrow @pearljam. #Fail.
