Im just saying it could have been before, during, and after and put together in a nice little pacakage for us.

I actually do think all the band-clocking-in stuff at the beginning and end was shot at a later date (the punch cards they clock in with at the start show the date 1/98), and I agree with you that the "Jack?... Jack?" thing was jokey post-production editing choice referencing the fact that Jack had left the band by the time the DVD came out. But the bulk of the picture-- the performances -- were shot in November '97.
