I just don't dig boiled egg yolks and avoid them whenever I can. I hate the taste and can't stand the texture.

Sure, Reid, but a mealy and unsatisfying texture that detracts from the delicious balance of those other ingredients. It's a completely unnecessary texture given the look of that fish and the (hopeful) crunch of those unions.

It’s especially good when it falls onto your plate and you get to scoop it all up with part of the bread crust. Yolk, capers, onions, cream cheese and all.
