Had a pretty amazing crabmeat pasta dish this weekend, and it just solidified my opinion that I'll take crabmeat over lobster just about any time. Especially as an addition/protein to a dish.

I don’t know if it’s unpopular or not, but I never enjoy filet mignon. I’ll take the flavor of a ribeye instead.

I enjoy lobster but crab is definitely awesome. Don't see it on many menus though I did have a couple crab cakes for lunch yesterday.E.H. it was always one of those cheap college things like cup o noodles...it just felt fancier and was good.

I used imitation crabmeat in the sushi bowls I made for the kids the other night. they were a hit.

We pick it up when we know we can’t/don’t want to devote a lot of time preparing supper. We’ll usually have it with a baked potato.
