Maybe if they focused all health care only on those who actually require healthcare there would be less panic and more treatment. Health care and supporting services are finite resources. Thinking that any country can ramp up having test kits and processing test kits for all without taking away capacity from treating those actually requiring immediate health care is just wrong.

Everything I have read has a general agreement on;
40% - 70% infection rate in the end,
of those infected,
75% will be minor flu like symptoms,
20% will have bad flu like symptoms,
5% will require medical assistance,
1% - 2% mortality rate.

The quicker we can identify who is at risk at being in that 5% pool requiring medical assistance if infected the better. Communicate clearly so people can make informed decisions on the correct actions to take to mitigate getting C19 and what to do if they suspect they have it. And for those identifying as at risk of being in the 5% pool, a much more detailed of do's and don't's to follow.
