oh B.
This is apples to oranges though as they're two completely different styles of beer.Kaius wrote:I had the Oberon for the first time Saturday. I we underwhelmed. It's no Two-Hearted.

I bought it for my wife but had a glass tonight. I was disappointed.@SkitchP wrote:Ill drink an Oberon at the beginning of the season, but that's it. I don't really care for it.
I don't care for the style much. I mean I'll take one over a bud light, but it's no great shakes.B wrote:I bought it for my wife but had a glass tonight. I was disappointed.@SkitchP wrote:Ill drink an Oberon at the beginning of the season, but that's it. I don't really care for it.
I bought myself Hop Nosh and Prima Pils.
I don't like the name change but that is certainly a solid brew. Looking forward to some more offerings (including Bells) while in New York state this weekend but I am really enjoying this Sour in the Rye.B wrote:I bought it for my wife but had a glass tonight. They're really good if done right. I just tried Westbrook Gose and it was fantastic.B wrote:Has anyone had a bose ale? I've never heard of it before, and last week I saw 2 in the store, and heard about it in two other breweries. Apparently it's a salted beer?
Westbrook is really a great brewery.vegman wrote:They're really good if done right. I just tried Westbrook Gose and it was fantastic.B wrote:Has anyone had a bose ale? That's the only brew of theirs that I've tried since we can't get it here. My buddy got it in a trade. What others should I try to get?E.H. Their two most popular, the White Thai and the IPA are both really good. The White Thai is one of my favorites. They also do a decent Rye PA.vegman wrote:That's the only brew of theirs that I've tried since we can't get it here. My buddy got it in a trade. What others should I try to get?E.H. Cool. I got the impression that they didn't bottle that.
