In hindsight the timing of the referendum was a massive mistake. No Tory majority (ok there isn't one now) no Brexit. Another terribly timed referendum - "Vote Leave to stop TTIP", with Trump coming in we're looking at TTIP on steroids now. The thing I wonder about NI is when the government will "decide there's support for unification". I think sturgeon should keep her powder dry and wait and see the outcome of the 31st
But i agree. Lot of angry Scots and justifiably so if Westminster doesn’t allow them have it.

That was always on the table.
It puts the onus on opposition to vote them down.
They won’t do it now. They have him exactly where they want him. He can’t do anything unless he finds some obscure parliamentary procedure that gets him out. An he has a team of specialists on obscure parliamentary procedure.
Opposition won’t buy it it’s the same trap it was Monday night.

Nobody is. Not one of them. The Tories themselves are totally broken.
I do think he has something mad devious up his sleeve though. To be revealed this week
