What’s the cutoff year for “every person born after ______ totally sucks at being a human being”?

Because Sara here looks like she fits nicely into the category.

Yes, “The Hunger Games” is an equitable substitute for “Macbeth”:

Why does everyone always assume it's millennials or younger people at fault for all this stuff being talked about? As if there are better generations out there...

I'm guessing many things similar to Bammer's post were written in the 1960s by middle-aged people, then again in the 90s.

The fact that critical race theory and cancel culture are treated as equivalent terms is a real testament to the high level of intellectual nuance going on in here

Are you about to post “real socialism has never been tried”?

BurtReynolds wrote:Not sure if "government activism" really translates to being pro-CRT/cancel culture, but I doubt that score is much better. The good news is that the constant bludgeoning might cause a few to rebel eventually, or just deaden them to caring too much about it. Or maybe that's just the opiods.
I just hope they get past the “government is always the problem” mindset that has drained the GOP of their ability to come up with new ideas. We all see instances where cancel culture goes too far, but it’s not just on the left, and it’s not going to bring the country down. I assume most here are old enough to remember when we didn’t have access to anything not in print or on tv. No point of view is banned from the internet. No one goes to jail for believing something.

Sometimes I love going down these twitter holes.

It turns out they "listened" to the comments and criticisms and changed the graphic to just multicolor hearts with "love is love". No people depicted in the new one. Then did the standard "missed the mark"

Then people complaining the apology wasn't quick enough, and/or it wasn't even a real apology.

I need to cancel my Netflix and just read Twitter.
