I'll make sure to include the account number, name, address, date of birth and last four of my social. This is a private forum, correct?lennytheweedwhacker wrote:Post a pic of your savings account.Coach wrote:I make six figures but I am divorced w/ a weekly child support payment and live near Boston so it doesn't go all that far.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:Are you rich

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
No weigh in for me today, as I am taking a small dose of prednisone for a few days and that causes water retention, among other things. So, better for me to skip vs. seeing a number that is kinda inflated. I also can't exercise until at least tomorrow.

Good job, once I hit the number where I wanted to be at, I figured out I could have some cheat days that would add a few pounds of water weight, but then if I am good again for a couple days I go back to where I was.

I am also 6’1” … got fatty fat over winter clocking in at like 188 … but the last two months been focusing on eating more fiber, and doing more exercise - mostly pushups, situps, and bike rides … After knocking off the initial easy weight, I was crusing near 180 for a bit but within the last two weeks finally broke through to the next level… this morning I clocked in at 176.2 lbs … which I was pretty psyched about given that I had a pretty loose dietary day yesterday that included a Five Guys burger at lunch, and a quarter of a cheesesteak at dinner… knock on wood my metabolism has returned, but i should not test it like that that often… getting below 175 not going to be easy, but I still have some pockets of office fat to burn off so will focus on those…

His march down from 188 to 171 = 17 pounds lost.
According to my favorite online BMI calculator, he's sitting at a 22.56 BMI, which is in the healthy range.
He seems to be pooping well these days, too. The only thing that trips him up is the occasional binge drinking or eating episode.

Can't you just be happy for 9up's weight loss and regular bowel movements?
