It all started with the Bells Palsy last February. 6 weeks of prednisone destroyed me. And i moved. Big stuff.

Labs came back all normal though normal can mean different things. Low Vitamin D, high cholesterol, and high glucose that is concerning (just out of normal range). However, this can all be getting in the way of good sleep and body healing which has struggled. Lethargy, fatigue. Etc...

been a rough year.

Detoxing now, committing to cardio and yoga again.

Will be a brand new me in no time.
i know someone who had to work pretty hard exercise wise for like 1-2 years to overcome a prednisone round

godspeed sir

Shaved my head. Now I need to start dressing like a hipster and/or stop lifting. I look kinda racist right now, not gonna lie.

At least that's an option for you. I can't grow in any decent type of facial hair

Besides bracing for the big world trade war to begin in 2025, I’m meeting one of my girl squads for drinks tonight at a place called Ecclesia inside a cocktail bar called Sinners & Saints.

They have a cocktail menu called The 10 Commandments. I’m leaning towards ordering the St Joseph or The Sinner.

Got a crown on a tooth in June. Wiped out my dental insurance for the year. Same tooth started bothering me in early October. The throbbing has ebbed and flowed. Today wasn’t great. I don’t want to rush through my winter break or the holidays, but my January 2nd root canal can’t come fast enough.

Ugh sorry man. Earlier this year, my dentist was going to crown one of my teeth that had been compromised by an old filling, but he wisely put a temp cap on it after drilling out the old filling, then had me come back in a couple weeks. Sure enough, in that time, I had enough discomfort that he recommended a root canal before a permanent cap.

I had my first ever root canal one month ago. Surprisingly easy, nothing like the molar extraction I did a year before that. Easier even than a regular filling. Don't be worried, daft
