Part I is stellar with some missteps. Part II is mediocre with faint and sporadic flickers of greatness.

Yeah that seems like a bad idea.Simple Torture wrote:Here's something I never recommend: watching the chronological version of Part I and II of The Godfather.
The opening monologue of Part I is one of my favorite parts, and it totally pushes it into a weird position. Then there are all these added scenes that are just filler. So it's over 7 hours long, too--I, like you, watched it when I was sick.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Yeah that seems like a bad idea.Simple Torture wrote:Here's something I never recommend: watching the chronological version of Part I and II of The Godfather.

I'm not sure I've ever heard anyone share that opinion. You are one of a kind, friend.LoathedVermin72 wrote:I'm watching Part III now, and I already like it more than Part II.
Keep in mind you're speaking about a man who not only enjoyed Batman v. Superman, but listed it as his favorite film of 2016.durdencommatyler wrote:I'm not sure I've ever heard anyone share that opinion. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
This is the laziest and most close-minded way to dismiss my opinions. You can do better. The Argonaut wrote:It's so obvious that you're doing this on purpose. Just stop
