Couple of new beers tonight.

Hoptimum from Sierra Nevada was very good. Total hop bomb, obviously.

Oberon was OK. I like wheat beers but I think Hop sun from Southern Tier is much tastier.

I like hoptimium not quite as much as hop slam but I like it

Oberon is kind of meh. For me too. I'd rather have a Belgian wheat

The Grand Cru is available regularly here. Its one of my favorites. I'd be happy to grab you some if you want. Theres a place called Premier Gourmet about 5 miles from here with a killer Belgian and sour selection.

doug, do you ever tire of ipas? i'll get on a kick, then after awhile i want something lighter, less bold.

not so much yet..there are so many different styles here that I havent burned out yet..that being said, I had a nice breakfast stout at the pub today for lunch..I keep Victory pils in the fridge at all times as well to go a bit lighter

Big fan of citra hop (see, e.g., Zombie Dust) and cascade. I used to love the centennial, but I think I got burned out on the Dogfish Head taste.
