I like the Cards in 6, with Wainwright and Wacha winning two each. Is Wacha pitching game two? If not, it goes to seven, still the Cards. I might have to shave my beard if a Red Sox victory begins to look inevitable. It didn't work with my goatee in 2004, but I'm hoping a fuller beard has more magic in it.

He must have pondered that pick a full .047 second or so.

Hey, I had Washington over Toronto in the World Series this year. A lot of people had those two going far. A lot of idiots this year.

I'm pretty sure the Jays, Nationals and Angels screwed over a lot of people's predictions.

I reluctantly pick the Red Sox in 5.

Too much offensive firepower and clutch hitting.

Normally I like the WS going to 7 so that Buck can stay away from the NFL as much as possible.

But since the Red Sox are in it this year, fuck that.

I see what you're saying but he's somewhat more tolerable in the NFL, perhaps since Aikman dilutes him out a bit?

Id agree with that, but the Cardinals just shattered the single season team batting average with runners in scoring position record this season...

Aikman is good, but Buck's problem is that he just doesn't have the right excitement level for football. He's tried to fix that in recent years but it always seems forced.
