they should really check to see if these people can act before hiring them.bune wrote:So like the diamond lady from the first class movie?
she was on Mad Men for years so maybe it was the writing...BurtReynolds wrote:they should really check to see if these people can act before hiring them.bune wrote:So like the diamond lady from the first class movie?
She wasn't great on Mad Men either, though. January Jones is not a good actress.doone wrote:she was on Mad Men for years so maybe it was the writing...BurtReynolds wrote:they should really check to see if these people can act before hiring them.bune wrote:So like the diamond lady from the first class movie?
New Mutants was on the timeline for the Disney releases this year, im sure well getting it latter in the year.MadTIGERmaN wrote:I really hope they were able to write this movie as a fitting ending to the X-Men franchise. This last preview looks like its going to be a very emotional movie (not your standard popcorn comedy action super hero movie that Marvel turns out, not all their movies but most of them)
also saw that The Gifted got cancelled / no season 3. but the shows producer/writer is hoping they can move over to Disney+ as they've had a good following on streaming devices (better than their ratings)
Which leaves Legion season 3 as the last true Fox produced X-Men property. Disney better let them go forward with it. That show needs to wrap itself on its own terms.
I have no hope of New Mutants ever seeing the light of day, which is crazy since they had a trailer out for it well over a year ago already.
How can they cancel the Gifted? It was great and had so much potential. Now I'm bummed.MadTIGERmaN wrote:I really hope they were able to write this movie as a fitting ending to the X-Men franchise. Were they doing the Demon Bear story or am I misremembering?bada wrote:I was interested in the New Mutants horror angle. I don't think they'll get the reshoots they wanted/needed.
