see, that's funny -- i'm the complete, polar opposite. for some reason it's just reassuring to me. then again, a lot of it is confidence with me: a wider top feels like there's more room for error, and i think less.

I've never really used another putter. I've been having some problems with distance control lately and getting a smooth roll. Might try a different putter for awhile to see if it will help.
