ST vs Ruddo is a feud I do not want to take a side in.

Lol. ST is the best. He knows I'm yanking his chain. Either that or is having a bad morning

Sorry, yeah, I meant to respond to this earlier.

I do think it's a bit ridiculous to portray Hezbollah as a force protecting Lebanon's "completely free society" when they've carried out well over 50 suicide bombings and clearly aided al-Qaida in various pre-9/11 attacks, including the 1998 embassy bombings.

Ted Koppel was on the Daily Show and totally frightened me. Cyber terrorism. Our grid will go down. For weeks, maybe months. He guarantees it.

Okay, off to the prepper thread!

I just wanted to mention that the recent Frontline special on ISIS in Afghanistan is crazy. Somehow this PBS cameraman was able to embed with them. The footage of them indoctrinating children is sickening, and the fundamental differences between ISIS and the Taliban are laid out pretty bare. But mostly it just illustrates so deftly what has already been said here and elsewhere: their agenda is built on a very foreign ideology to what most of us know, and it's being propogated in a region where that ideology alternately A) makes sense to people or B) the people don't have a system that supports their dissent.
Which frontline doc? I'd like to see.

Hezbollah does not have privilege and therefore should not be criticized. Hezbollah is just looking for a safe place in Southern Lebanon and we should support them in that effort.
