Seems like the administration should be able to say, without conflict, "we recommend this for your health and if you don't follow our recommendation then you'll be in line behind those that do follow our recommendation." It's not denial of care, it's just prioritizing those that follow health recommendations over those that don't.

This drives me totally bonkers. Forget the fact that it's extremely callous to stake out a position that says, "Meh, you lived longer than the average life span, so who gives a fuck if you die." But this is also how the average life span drops. Sure, the average lifespan is 77 now, but once you start counting all those people dying early, it's going to drop significantly.

I think you could make a nuanced argument that with this place being almost entirely outdoors, that vaccine cards could be easily lost or damaged at such a place, and effectively banning children for the summer, that this might not be the wisest course of action, even though it's their right as a private business to do so.

Is that type of nuanced argument being made on its Yelp page?
