I agree with being prepared. I disagree with it being weak. This is the best death of any group member. Period. The biggest holy shit moment. And so on...E.H. I think you're right on that. This last ep gives motivation forKaius wrote:I like the choice they made with the arrow through eye death in that episode to keep us guessing about the big death moments from the comic. They've really done a good job with it since the beginning.
At this point, I have no idea who Negan is going to take out, but I'm leaning toward.

no, this show will never endCopperTom wrote:You only need to stay out of this thread for 2 more weeks. You can do it!LoathedVermin72 wrote:so the appeal of this show is still built entirely on shock deaths i see
Negan's "brutal" entrance isStickman wrote:I was just thinking on how they could swerve us: Darryl goes after Carol, they both get captured by Negan's men and in the final scene, Negan's about to execute one of them at point blank, we see his gun go off but the show ends without us knowing who's dead until next season.
The post war stuff doesn't do it for me. I hope it ends after the war.LoathedVermin72 wrote:no, this show will never endCopperTom wrote:You only need to stay out of this thread for 2 more weeks. According to these guys, we won't even know who it is:CopperTom wrote:Negan's "brutal" entrance isStickman wrote:I was just thinking on how they could swerve us: Darryl goes after Carol, they both get captured by Negan's men and in the final scene, Negan's about to execute one of them at point blank, we see his gun go off but the show ends without us knowing who's dead until next season.

No it's not proof that a beloved character like Glenn, Carol or Daryl will die. It's far worse. It's a painful cliffhanger.
According to The Spoiling Dead, the Season 6 finale will be shot from the victim's perspective as Negan bashes his or her head in. It looks like we won't know who that character is until the Season 7 premiere in mid-October.
They can only go so long with the same story over and over. Seems like the whole Negan dynamic will get old/boring after a couple of seasons, so they'll probably end the series with Rick and whoever else is still alive walking into the sunset to find a new place to live.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Genuine question: How long do you guys think this show will continue? I mean, it doesn't seem like it's ever going to lose its popularity at this point. Will they ever pull the plug? Could you see them potentially killing off Rick and gradually shifting to a new character or group of characters as a means to preserve the show?
You really don't think they'll kill Rick before the end of the show? I can't imagine that they wouldn't.E.H. Ruddock wrote:They can only go so long with the same story over and over. I think it would be funny if the end it with them running into the Fear the Walking Dead group.
I was kinda close. Forgot about the bat.E.H.
