Wonder what it will be if I’m ever able to poop again.

According to my favorite online BMI calculator, he's sitting at a 22.56 BMI, which is in the healthy range.

He seems to be pooping well these days, too. The only thing that trips him up is the occasional binge drinking or eating episode.

Brutal weigh in. 159. A solid six pounds off of where I like to be.

I am no longer taking that steroid, so I hope to shed all the water weight this week. My face is still swollen from the procedure I had, so I am definitely holding some fluid there.

The good news is that my clothes still fit, lol.

Yeah, I appreciate it. I'll have a good workout today. Headed to the gym in about an hour.

Had a rough week last week. Too much ice cream and too many burgers, but I'm getting back on track this week.

This morning I weighed in at 174.6

I’m trying to cut back on burgers. Fully expecting my cholesterol levels to suck at my next blood draw in July.

Water weight / fluid retention is real, fellas. That's four pounds lighter than yesterday. I am committed to having a good week this week.

A nice workout last night followed by some scrambled eggs for dinner and I stopped eating at 7 pm, so that's key. I appreciate the support.

Nice. What's your workout routine?
