Manafort just pulled his appeal of the dismissal of his suit challenging Mueller's authority. Twittersphere is suggesting that it points towards him trying to cut a deal. Would make sense given that Rudy and Cohen are both eroding whatever leverage he has.

maybe manafort will flip if the U.S. agrees not to publicly out the russian oligarchs who will murder him if their identities are revealed

and he just focuses on trump instead

i don't see mueller doing that

but i always figured that manafort's primary concern is whoever is on the other end of one of those $10 MM loans

doubt the US can protect him from them
