Israel is planning on (or already is?) rolling out boosters. Its been known for a while that a significant portion of the population with natural immunity has their antibodies drop off a cliff after 6 months or so. Why would the vaccine be any different?

Testing was bizarre. Poorly documented parking lot clinics behind churches and the like have same day testing available, compared to institutional sites that can give you an appointment in a day or so, but results will be a 48 hour turn (almost regardless of where you go).

Rapid-ish PCR testing available, but only learned of it through word of mouth.

Antibodies aren't the entirety of your immune response. Maybe your T-cells are super clued in. Don't know how you quantify that response.
