Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Pretty sure the ambient temp in my house shouldn't be 86 degrees when I have the thermostat set to 74. What I'm not sure about it how to troubleshoot it before calling my home warranty company. The AC unit seems to be running fine (no weird sounds, no physical damage), I change my filters regularly, and air seems to be blowing (weakly in some areas...) out of my vents.

Do you have to troubleshoot before calling home warranty? I just call them and let them send out an A/C guy to figure it out.

I mean, maybe google it to make sure it's not a $3 problem, but the minute my problem reaches $101, I call the home warranty.

That is gonna suck, Ruddo. I've been working on a small 12x12 patio with pavers. I had last week off, but they didn't get delivered until Monday :/ It's been warm and slightly humid, but nothing compared to NC. Good luck.

How do you even mow with all that in your yard?

So that area has always been weeds and a mess. Can't really see in the picture, but all that area that looks like grass actually has a bunch of ground cover starters going. Ivy, creeping Jenny, etc. And we'll fill in bare sports with bushes. The goal is all garden over there with lots of ground cover to keep the weeds out

Nah, we try to have minimal grass, especially in the back yard. Too much to take care of. It gets too muggy here to mow in the summer
