TBH I do like several songs a lot, but just haven't gotten into entire albums. I'll keep trying though, just for you
Just keep listening to Strange Mercy until it clicks.
This is the best advice you're likely to receive all year.

Live performances did it for me.
And I actually never care about that kind of stuff, Im usually more interested in studio work.

Yeah, I was lukewarm until I saw her live. Then she looked directly into my eyes and told me she preferred me to Jesus.

If it helps, I found
Actor grabbed me way more immediately than her other records I'd tried listening to - YMMV, of course.

Actor has quietly climbed into second place in my St. Vincent rankings. A truly excellent record.

She's been a little busy living the celebrity high life. (can you blame her?) I had very high hopes for her next record about 1 1/2 years ago, now I'm starting to worry.

She said at the end of 2016 that she had more than three albums worth of material and that we should expect the new album in Spring of 2017. Since then, she's walked that back a bit. The last interview I saw said that it should be "sometime" in 2017.
I have no doubt that when it finally does drop it's going to blow minds, though.

Things are heating up.

This is looking to be a fairly stacked autumn in terms of releases/tours.
