Thanks Stip. Frankly, I'd almost (almost!) rather read about it than hear it since I would prefer to hear finished versions of the songs as hearing the demos first tends to taint the experience of the final version (you listen for the changes rather than judge the song as a whole).

Demos are so exciting. Couple that with Stips write up skills and its enough to make me wish they'd just do like a double album with the second disc being the demo versions. Just hope they dont put too much fixing on these. Great write up either way Stip.

With the Mad Season reissue coming up, I've been listening to that material again for the first time in ages - Mike was really wailing on those songs, I really hope revisiting that era has bled into his work on the new Pearl Jam record a little.

Here is how I see it. We all want to hear some new PJ. Let's just all chillax till their is some official news with a finished single.

If these guys don't release a new studio album that is double length, would be insane! They have basically done everything else in their career. I feel this upcoming album is going to be their last so IMO its now or never for a double length album.

If these tracks leaked no way would i listen. I'd rather wait for the finished product, then listen to the demos
