Laugh it up fuzzball but the majority of hardcore Star Wars are more prepared to hate this film and this entire series than love it.
Something that's looked into in that How Star Wars conquered the universe book. Weird psychology to it but it's true.
Same way we all love pearl jam but when was the last time anyone here said as much?

They aren't filming on Skellig though. There's one set been built on a headland on the Kerry coast to look like Skellig and another set under construction up in Donegal on Malin head, but that aside that rumour is intriguing.

Thinkin about it though there's just no way at all kylo would be a match for Luke. In any sense at all other than that he's got youth on his side which wouldn't matter a shit.

Also if that rumour is true, it would both allow the classic Star Wars opening to happen.
Huge star destroyer shot. One shuttle flies out down to the planet with kylo on it. Cut to the exact moment of Rey and Luke on the island where we left them.
Think it was Daisy said they're picking up exactly where we left them. And the footage of Johnson filming that shot backs it up.
It could work.

Man, if dime would switch sides for her we should start a campaign. She'd probably go for it.

I thought shooting there was far too costly and the weather kept setting them back so they moved all studios for all of teh Skellig stuff. No?
