How long was his set? Did you catch the openers?

I think about 80 minutes. There was one local opener who wasn’t great.

It was fun. No opener here, just him. Eighty to ninety minutes, yeah. It's kind of a fun stage where you can see him still deciding between different versions of different elements of a story, working it out for a special

Got my Shane Gillis tickets for Target Center in February. It’s crazy he’s playing basketball arenas already.

Thought about jumping on this. Loved his standups but that TV show he put out was fucking atrocious.

Yeah, Tires was a misfire. Which is weird because Gilly & Keeves was great. Maybe he should stick to skits.

His specials are very funny. I'm sure you'll have a great time, DT.

I love both of his specials. I stumbled upon him just a little too late. He hadn’t blown up yet, but he’d just come through the Twin Cities at a smaller venue. My wife will be sitting on one side of me and my best friend from work will be on the other. He and I have seen Louis CK, Burr, Chappelle, Bargatze, Chad Daniels, and Steven Wright together over the past 15 years. It’s going to be a fun Saturday.

I've been telling you guys to check him out for years. You should listen to me. I know things.

Before the Austin YouTube special? If so, I’m very sorry I didn’t listen. You were ahead of your time. Seeing him in a club at least once would have been nice. I was ground floor for Louis and Chappelle and Bargatze and enjoyed those club shows where they sold cds afterwards. Stand up has exploded.

Yes. His podcast used to be really funny! It's still pretty good, but now he's too big so they can't really get away with the unhinged shit like they used to. Matt McCusker is also fucking hilarious.

Yeah, he kinda sucks. Refers to himself as "the edgiest comedian", which is bad enough, but he then tried to throw Gillis under the bus for being too edgy? Make up your mind, fella.

The way he sets up his jokes makes them predictable and less funny somehow
