My dad hadn't seen this yet. So when I was back home Tuesday night, I bought the blu-ray and we sat down and watched it together. It was a ton of fun. I gotta say, I like TFA more each time I watch it.

That's great to hear (that I'm not alone in that thought also).
Did you dad enjoy it?

He did, yeah. He did comment on how similar it is to A New Hope but he also said he thought it made sense that they would be similar and it didn't bother him. My dad saw A New Hope multiple times on its original release. In fact, that's the movie he took my mom to on their first date. So he's pretty partial to that film. And he loved seeing something that had the same spirit and a new energy.

Words I'd never thought I read you type.
But yeah pretty much what you said. The falcon reveal, the han and Chewie reveal and the Leia reveal are all really touching.

I've watched three different ones of these. It's audience reactions over the big hit scenes. The cheering and applauding is bang on each one.
Worth a watch.

The Falcon reveal is still fucking awful.
