I have a theory that the urge to shit gets exponentially greater the closer you get to your own dunny. May we all reach bursting point slightly after dropping trou and our arse hitting the seat.

Been on an every other day cycle. Earlier in the week I felt backed up and took some stool softener. The next day was diarrhea af, but the next was a big ol' log.

Today is soft stool with some diarrhea-esque tendencies. It's okay i'm just glad to go.

Coach hasn’t posted in here in like 4 days, I am beginning to get a little concerned, about the status of his bowel movements; and secondarily, his health and well-being otherwise

Just had another loose poop. Not a lot of wiping needed. All good.

I've been busy taking care of my girlfriend who had some surgery (elective, she is ok) so I've been eating and drinking too much while sitting around at home waiting on her. So, poops have been loose and many.

I am a routine guy and once things go back to normal on Monday I should be good.
