He should be the guy they trade after the season...

That's exactly the kind of comment that frustrates me. A pitcher with a shoulder injury simply can't win. If he goes out and tries to pitch through it and sucks, then he's hurting the team and any injury talk is just making excuses. If he sits out and lets it heal, then he's a pussy for not playing through it.

is anyone here overlooking the fact that the Sox team doctors have an incredibly bad track record? i think somebody is...

also, Vaseline will make blay cuchholz be the player he was pre-injury.

James Andrews has about as spotless a record as you can have, and he said Buchholz was fine

i'm pretty clearly not talking about him.

obviously, but the fact they went to him at all shows they weren't all that confident with what their doctors were saying

I actually used to hang out with a girl, who ran into him one night. Just happened she just that summer went to a Sox game at Fenway with her dad / had a Sox hat... had it on at the bar... as soon as she saw him, and he saw her, he was like "aww fuck... " but he was really nice and talked to awhile and told her basically the same story... he goes to this lil bars... and every now and then people would be like "are you on the packers?" LOL think his Wife was from up there if I remember right?
