I think you'll dig them. It's way more Steely Dan than not. Also, Peter Cetera was an instrumental part of the band from the beginning. It's weird to me how fans try to act like he's a different phase of the band. There is no Chicago without Peter Cetera.

I think you'll dig them. It's way more Steely Dan than not. Also, Peter Cetera was an instrumental part of the band from the beginning. It's weird to me how fans try to act like he's a different phase of the band. There is no Chicago without Peter Cetera.

I didn’t try to do that. He was very instrumental, right from the get-go. Easily my favorite vocalist in the band. I just happen to not like their output in the 80’s after he took over. And you have to admit most of that output was sappy love ballad tunes.

That said, I love the duet he sang with Amy Grant for the Karate Kid soundtrack.
