It will probably be on Ion sooner or later. They play a lot of bad Canadian tv shows.

You looking for like currently running stuff or are older shows that you can stream okay too?
Any show will do
If you haven't seen any of these, I'd recommend any of them:

Mad Men
Game of Thrones
Six Feet Under
Parks and Recreation
Bloodlines
Breaking Bad
Broadchurch
Top of the Lake
Sherlock
30 Rock
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Got hold of a couple of episodes of Bloodlines and Top of the Lake to check out. Didn't realise that Top of the Lake was filmed in NZ till I read the synopsis - will probably spend half the time going 'Is that down south?' - 'Oh - I've been there!'

We all do, Ruddock. It will be back soon enough, though. Until then we'll have to make do with Hannibal, True Detective, Fargo, Walking Dead, Fear the Walking dead and whatever else is on.

Got two books on the go as well, building some indoor furniture and jacking off on my guitar - but sometimes I just wanna watch a good show. I have not watched Vikings - might look into this

Tried a few episodes of Halt and Catch Fire on Netflix before giving up. It wants to be a Mad Men for the 80s but the writing is nowhere near the same league. There is the Don Draper wannabe (with a hilarious 'dark past'), the sexy but brilliant punk rocker chick, the evil Texan bosses, the super cool soundtrack that none of these people would have been listening to in the 80s-- its strictly second rate. The lame 80s references are the worst ("I'll be back working a cash register for $3.25 an hour!")

Its a shame because the acting is really good, the premise is cool, and it looks great. But they just have nothing to work with.

1 star.

Apparently season 2 rebooted the whole series and is pretty good so far.
