I didn’t think they’d filmed anything yet. The last we’d heard, they were still working on the story, thought.

They secretly filmed some Kenobi stuff when filming REvenge of the Sith in anticipation. It's about 18%

They filmed about 80% more pre-covid. But most of it was damaged by sand in the lens casing.

They filmed the rest on the Mando set and are frantically trying to piece stuff together. It's a mess.

I dont love the idea of flashbacks if im to be honest. Of coure, all depends on how it plays out, but it makes it feel like "oh this story isn't that important to tell in the present so lets just rehash"
