I've been listening to Everything But the Girl. I was expecting more of an electronic sound from the one song I'd heard of theirs. They're more in the Sade / Beth Orton / Zero 7 kinda vibe. Smooth, jazzy, late-night melancholy stuff. Really good

To me it's "Linger" at the top, I love the lush orchestral sound. "Dreams" probably number two.
"Zombie" would be at the very bottom. I appreciate the song's meaning and themes but have always found it such a plodding bore.
It's not one of the big 4, but probably my favorite Cranberries single is "Animal Instinct".

I used to hate their song "Salvation" but now I really like it. I think it might have been the music video that made me dislike it.

That song rules.
As does "Zombie". I think it's potentially overplayed, but Dolores' vocal performance is insane. It doesn't plod. It marches with fiery purpose.
