yeah, eggs were on top of two thick but small corn tortillas. one tortilla was topped with pulled pork, the other barbacoa., then eggs, and green chili sauce.
back to oatmeal today.

Egg bagel with ham and cheddar. Why anyone would eat a plain bagel when Egg bagels exist is beyond me.
