im a fan since Adore, but i liked Today a lot when it came out. The video was pretty much everywhere...

I loved 1979 and Tonight, Tonight but I had no idea they were Pumpkins songs, so it doesn't really count. Listening to Rotten Apples for the first time was a huge blast from the past for me. Being able to put a name to these songs I had heard countless times on the radio growing up hit me like a ton of bricks.

I listened to Mellon Collie for the first time in decades last week and it was a lot better than I remembered. I think at the time, which I listened to parts of it a lot, was just that it is so long. Dropped off after that album, though I did jump back on board to listen to the two albums they released after they “reformed” a while back - Zeitgeist and Oceania. Then dropped off again. Something about this music simultaneously thrills and annoys me. A hot or cold type of thing with nothing in between.

Meanwhile, I am looking for ways to roll back into it because of the Sea Hear Now festival in September. So I will be giving it yet another go.

As a kid i remember loving Today and Disarm because of the videos...and from Mellon Collie, 1979 was my favorite but it wasnt until Adore that i got the albums.

I might bought Siamese Dream before maybe? Dont quite remember. My Mellon Collie cd was a cd copy because it was double and super expensive at the time.

yeah, i saw that...a japan tour from 1992. Cool release for sure.

There's going to be a regular black release at some point, and it would be cool to have...but I would be shocked it that drops below $50.

yeah, those things are expensive...and if Billy alone is behind it will be more expensive. Still, everything he did with the reissues of the albums has been amazing.

listening to Gish right now....what a debut...to start an album with I Am One...This things sounds amazing...i forgot how much i love the bass in this album, sounds incredible.

Also fuuuck Crush is such a good song.

'Bury Me' has such a badass bassline.

I think 'Snail' is the best song on there.

I think Rhinoceros is the best one. But yeah, there are so many...

Hell, even Daydream is amazing.
