My wife watched a shoot interview with Ryback; apparently he's really into self-help stuff like "The Secret," and when he's doing all the arm motions he's like "harassing" good energy and "blocking" out the bad energy.

no joke, i was so far removed from wrasslin i didn't even know who punk or cena (and i've seen he's been around for a long time) was until like a year ago

no joke, i was so far removed from wrasslin i didn't even know who punk or cena (and i've seen he's been around for a long time) was until like a year ago

I fell out of it around 05/06. I remember hearing about Punk coming up in the indies, but I basically missed his entire run in WWE(minus the last 6 months.)

I was pretty die hard until about fall 04. Was casual until about 07. After the Benoit ordeal it kinda turned me off for a bit but I was back on board in 09. I have caught up on everything.

Punks dvd is worth watching
