also, don't hurry spare ribs..if you have 6 hours its perfect...240-250 degree is perfect

Slight vent adjustments and she seems to be holding steady at 250. I shouldn’t have to mess with it much, that’s what you pay for yeah?

mayo & mustard

we don't have a ton in the house right now and it's gross (weather wise) outside. so... kept it simple, used what we had
